Pedagogy Team
This team acts as a leadership body that incorporates the perspectives of different roles within the school, with the goal of promoting democratic decision making. The Pedagogy Team is a capacity building experience that brings teachers into a greater understanding of how the school functions and integrates new ideas and responsibilities.
Team members include the school directors, school-wide roles (human resources coordinator and coaching program coordinators,) and classroom teachers. Using the pillars and philosophy of our school as a guide, the team enhances and expands learning opportunities for children, staff, and families.
